She takes any task given to her willingly and has proved herself dependable at completing said-task fully and quickly. I have had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Brooke for the last year. She has developed, over the past year, a very empathetic approach to our patient population. She is attentive to patient care needs, responsible to her work partners and care population, and approachable in her demeanor. Brooke is quiet but powerful, she is confident, attentive, professional, not easily rattled by patient concerns or histories and she is solid in her demeanor. Brooke has developed her clinical skills over the past year; I can tell she studies in her off-work hours to learn medications, procedure names, lab values and results that are associated with treatment plans and follow up. Curiosity is a meaningful learning tool, and she has a healthy curiosity for the human condition. She is tasked every day with contacting patients with clinical advice, based on lab or test results, troubleshooting patient concerns or questions and triaging patients over the phone, she is the most professional conversationalist I have met in my practice. I would recommend, with high praise, Brooke as Employee of the Month! Brooke is an asset to the profession and CHCCW.
