Melissa Nowicki is the heart and soul of CHCCW Pharmacy. She is an exceptional team player, and truly prioritizes the needs of her coworkers and patients ahead of all else. The pharmacy would not run as smoothly and efficiently as it does without her constant efforts. Additionally, Melissa’s light-hearted personality makes her an absolute joy to work with. Her hard work is also evident and appreciated CHCCW-wide, as she does all that she can to help where she can.

Leah Perez has truly been the MVP for staffing in Riverton and Lander. She is flexible, reliable, and takes each day with stride. If she’s having a hard time, she keeps it on the inside as she works in any department like a pro! Leah’s ability to work within several areas is a true attribute! Not only is she a well-rounded employee and excellent with patients of any age – she is funny, like really funny, and keeps her co-workers laughing!
