Prepare your student athlete for their chosen sport with a no cost to you sports physical at Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW).
Sports physicals, also known as pre-participation physical examinations, are required to determine if young athletes are healthy and well enough to participate in athletic activities. We can help by providing the required physical examination at no cost to you.

Wyoming Vaccinates Important People (WyVIP) program isfor children 18 and younger living in Wyoming who do not qualify for the VFC program. This includes children who haveinsurance. The WyVIP program does NOT provide vaccines to protect against influenza, meningococcal, HPV, and Hepatitis A. WyVIP is available at federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, or public health offices.
Administration Fee $20.00. We will bill Medicaid or Private Insurance for all Vaccines & Administration Fees.
